Step 1
Mix everything together. No need to strain the cottage cheese — it’s divine as is.

With wet hands, shape into balls. I always get 13. Coat in flour and shake off the excess.

Place on a hot skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Once nicely golden on one side, flip, cover with a lid and cook on low heat until golden on the other side.
Step 5
Here, under the lid they have swollen. From the frying pan - onto a plate with a paper towel.
