Step 1
Mix softened butter with sugar. Add sifted flour, cocoa, coffee and salt.
Step 2
Knead the dough. Divide the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out (not too thin). Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Take out the dough, cut out future cookies (using cookie cutters or a glass).
Step 4
Place on a baking sheet greased with oil and lined with baking paper, and put in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
