Homemade Chocolate Coffee Cookies

These chocolate coffee cookies combine rich cocoa flavor with subtle coffee notes. Crispy outside and slightly soft inside - perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. Quick to prepare from readily available ingredients.
| Flour | 2 cup |
| butter | 200 g |
| Sugar | 1.5 cup |
| cocoa powder | 0.5 cup |
| Instant coffee | 2 tbsp |
| Salt | 0.25 tsp |

Mix softened butter with sugar. Add sifted flour, cocoa, coffee and salt.

Knead the dough. Divide the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out (not too thin). Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take out the dough, cut out future cookies (using cookie cutters or a glass).

Place on a baking sheet greased with oil and lined with baking paper, and put in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
