Step 1
Mix softened butter with egg and sugar.

Add kefir to the butter mixture, then flour and vanilla, and stir. The batter should be the consistency of thick sour cream. I added 12 tablespoons of flour. If you use regular flour instead of pancake flour, don’t forget to add a couple of teaspoons of baking powder.
Step 3
Remove the pits from the plums and slice them.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with butter, pour in the batter, and arrange the plums on top in any pattern.
Step 5
Bake for about 45 minutes at 200°C.

Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
