Carefully remove the skin from the fish.

Cut our fish into equal squares.

Pour soy sauce into a bowl.

Add clear honey to it.

Then add mustard.

Next - sesame seeds. I had both white and black ones. It looks prettier. Adding sesame seeds to the sauce. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Place the fish pieces, coat them with the marinade and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.

Skewer three to four pieces on each stick.

Grill on a very hot grill pan for 5 minutes on each side.

It’s important that the fish is cooked through but still pink inside. Don’t overcook it, please. If you don’t have such a pan, pour water into a heatproof dish — I use glass containers that fit skewers perfectly. Place the skewers above the water, turn on the oven, and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C. It turns out very tender!
