Chicken drumsticks stuffed with mushrooms, cheese and herbs, baked until golden. Meat is pre-marinated in spices. Served with mashed potatoes or vegetables.

chicken legs 9 piece
Dill 1 bunch
Egg 1 piece
mayonnaise 50 gram
Onion 2 piece
Pepper to taste

Remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks and take out the bones, leaving the tip. Grind the meat. Finely chop the onion and carrot, sauté in butter until golden. Chop and fry mushrooms over high heat. Grind the cooked vegetables with mushrooms and mix into the minced chicken. Add raw egg, salt, pepper, and finely chopped dill. Mix well. Stuff the drumsticks.
