Oven-baked stuffed chicken drumsticks

Chicken drumsticks stuffed with mushrooms, cheese and herbs, baked until golden. Meat is pre-marinated in spices. Served with mashed potatoes or vegetables.

| mayonnaise | 50 g |

| Dill | 1 bunch |

Remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks and take out the bones, leaving the tip. Grind the meat. Finely chop the onion and carrot, sauté in butter until golden. Chop and fry mushrooms over high heat. Grind the cooked vegetables with mushrooms and mix into the minced chicken. Add raw egg, salt, pepper, and finely chopped dill. Mix well. Stuff the drumsticks.

Brush the drumsticks with mayonnaise and place them seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
