Chicken pancakes - tender and juicy

Chicken pancakes are a simple and tasty dish made from ground chicken with the addition of onions, eggs and semolina or flour for binding. Fried in a pan until golden brown. They turn out juicy inside and crispy outside. Served with sour cream, herbs or various sauces. Great for children's meals as they are prepared without hot spices.
