Step 1
In a separate bowl, mix flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Wash the apples, peel them and remove the cores, then grate them coarsely.

Line the baking dish with parchment paper or foil and generously grease it with butter.

Pour part of the dry mixture onto the bottom of the dish, the layer should not be too thick, and level it.

Next, spread a layer of grated apples of about the same thickness and level it.
Step 6
Alternate the layers, adding all the dry mixture and apples, finishing with a dry layer. I had three dry and two apple layers. Grate butter over the top.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the pie for 40–45 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
