Place pineapples on a napkin, pat dry, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Thaw the dough and roll it out into a rectangle 5 mm thick. Then cut into strips about 1 cm wide.

Optionally sprinkle pineapples with cinnamon and wrap them with dough through the hole. From leftover dough, make small balls and place them in the center of the rings. Make a small indent in each ball and put a berry inside.

Grease the baking sheet or line with parchment, place the dough-wrapped pineapples. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
