Light Spring Salad with French Dressing

Seasonal salad featuring young vegetables: lettuce, radishes, cucumbers and green peas. Dressed with classic French vinaigrette made of olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and honey. Garnished with fresh herbs and edible flowers. Ready in 10 minutes.
