Chicken Rolls with Dried Apricots: Step-by-Step Recipe

Soak dried apricots in hot water, rinse, drain, and dry with a towel. Flatten chicken fillet, season lightly with salt, place pepper, apricots, and sage, roll into rolls and set aside.
