Step 1
Soak dried apricots in hot water, rinse, drain, and dry with a towel. Flatten chicken fillet, season lightly with salt, place pepper, apricots, and sage, roll into rolls and set aside.

Lay plastic wrap in two overlapping layers and one in the center. Place each roll at the edge, add small fillet pieces on sides, roll tightly. Tie the ends to form a tight sausage.
Step 3
Place the rolls into a pot (with a thick bottom that retains heat well), pour in enough water to cover them completely.
Step 4
Cook for 45 minutes until the meat is done.
Step 5
Once cooled, slice the rolls.
