Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into large pieces, grate the carrots and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Place the mushrooms in a pan with heated butter and fry for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Separately fry the grated carrots, spinach and chopped garlic.
Step 4
Mix the ingredients and blend using a blender.
Step 5
Add cream and heat. Serve with croutons.
