Classic American potato salad is a must-have for any picnic or BBQ in the USA. Made from boiled potatoes, eggs, celery, onions and mayonnaise. Often add mustard, dill and sweet pickles. The main difference from European versions is the creamy texture due to the generous amount of mayonnaise. Served chilled, goes perfectly with grilled meat and barbecue.
