First, cook the rice! Any kind you like will work. Cook it in your usual way without salt and set it aside.

Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic.

Separately chop the vegetables.

Sauté the onion and carrot in a hot pan with oil until half cooked.

Then add all the remaining vegetables to the pan and fry for another 3–5 minutes.

Once the vegetables are ready, add the rice. Drizzle with soy sauce and mix well. Add your favorite spices if desired. The rice is ready!

Transfer the beans to a bowl, drain the liquid. Add spinach and ketchup. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Microwave for 5 minutes. Then stir well until it becomes a thick sauce.
