Authentic Amatriciana Pasta

Classic Italian pasta originating from Amatrice. Made with guanciale (can substitute pancetta), tomato sauce, chili pepper and pecorino cheese. Best served with bucatini or spaghetti. Key to authenticity is using quality ingredients and no cream.
