Homemade Teriyaki Chicken

Authentic Japanese dish - chicken thighs or breasts marinated in teriyaki sauce (soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar), then pan-fried to caramelized perfection. Served with rice and vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
