Incredibly juicy chicken cutlets with golden crust - simple but very tasty dish. The secret is in adding cream and proper frying. Perfect with vegetable or potato side dish.

Egg

Hard cheese
40 gram
Onion
1 piece
Parsley
1 bunch
Pepper
to taste
Salt
to taste
Vegetable oil

Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion (preferably with a blender or grater) and add it to the minced meat along with an egg.
Step 2
Finely chop the herbs and grate the cheese. Season the meat with about 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Add herbs and cheese and mix well.
Step 3
Form small patties (one tablespoon of minced meat each) and fry over medium heat in a bit of oil until golden on both sides.
