Homemade Jam Buns

Jam buns are tender and fragrant pastries that go especially well with tea. You can use any favorite jam or preserves.Main ingredients: flour, milk, yeast, sugar, eggs, butter, jam. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.

Flour 5.25 cup
dry yeast 8 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Milk 480 ml
Eggs 5 pc.
Vanillin 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Orange 1 jar
jam 220 g
butter 50 g
powdered sugar to taste
